great amenities but check-in could improve
The room was clean, with a very big bathroom and an impressive wide mirror. The comfortable bed and easy temperature control added to my satisfaction.
The check-in process took longer than expected, affecting initial impressions.

Historic and cultured decor, Unique in-house culinary experiences, Free on-site parking
First, the sound insulation is concerning!!! It's a challenge to find privacy with neighbors' conversations filtering through. Secondly, the gym facilities are a real letdown, offering minimal equipment in a cramped space!!!

I enjoyed the beautifully decorated room with elegant furnishings. The staff readily assisted with any questions I had, which made my stay feel special. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options each morning. The location was central, making it easy to explore local attractions. However, I faced some challenges with the heating in my room. it got quite cold at night. Additionally, there was one morning when the breakfast area felt crowded, making it difficult to find a seat.

Had a great time with friends exploring this fantastic city. We visited the beautiful old town and the impressive Lviv Opera House. The place was clean and staff friendly, and the breakfast had plenty of options. Don’t miss the cozy restaurant with jazz music!
Breakfast was crowded one morning, and we struggled to find seats or food because many families were there that day.

Family with kids would love this place
They have a special touch for families like offering free meals for kids which makes it easier on the wallet. The staff was really helpful when we arrived, they helped park the car and even carried our bags, which felt good after a long drive.
It was on the pricier side but you get what you pay for, and I can't complain.

I just spent 2 nights in a Standard Double and loved the breakfast options—it was varied and delicious! The spa services were a real treat, especially after a day of exploring. However, the bathroom amenities could have been better. they were quite basic compared to what I expected from the photos. I'd definitely return!

Responsive service during stay.
Upon arrival, we found the furniture quite outdated, which was disappointing. I expected a more modern ambiance based on the hotel's marketing. Additionally, there was no late-night dining option. we had to go to bed hungry due to the closed kitchen and nearby restaurants. It’s frustrating when basic amenities are not provided, particularly at night.
